Proper application of the coating system to industrial facilities, ships, heavy machinery and any other structure extends the service life and avoids damaging the assets used in various environments (from the low corrosive ones to the most aggressive corrosive).

Regardless if the application is for maintenance or a new coating system, our team of professionals and experts is dedicated to deliver quality, reliability and durability.

Annually we perform thousands of square meters of surface blasting of water and ballast tanks, chemical and fuel tanks and holds and other as many square meters of surface blasting of bunkers, hulls, containers, pipes or other industrial equipment and machinery prior to thousands of square meters of substrate painting.

Airless spray is the method we use most.

We ensure the removal of any matter which negatively affects the corrosion protection to obtain the appropriate adhesion of the coating and we apply the painting system to the prepared substrate in a proper manner.

To avoid corrosion damage, steel structures have to be protected to withstand the corrosion stress during the required service life of the structure, the unprotected steel in the atmosphere, water and soil being subjected to corrosion that may lead to damage. Therefore, the painting system selected for the corrosivity category of the environment where the structure is located and for the durability expected in compliance with the requirements of the preparation grade (required to give a level of surface cleanliness and, where necessary, the roughness suitable for the selected coating system) and the minimum number of layers ensures the effective substrate corrosion protection.

Even though we apply the majority of coatings by airless-spraying, when we use the brush and/or roller paint application, also known as manual application, this is primarily preferred for touch-up during repair and for smaller areas where spraying is not possible for practical, environmental or any other reasons – the latter method requiring special attention to ensure proper adhesion and sufficient film build.

However, we perform brush or roller painting when the project requires it – brush painting being used for welds, railings, pipes and wherever access is difficult with an airless spray gun, while roller painting is used to reach difficult places, in principle, where it is appropriate and quicker than with a brush.
